A contingency fee contract is an arrangement where the recruiter only gets paid once a placement has been made. It is non-exclusive and the employer can hire as many recruiters as they please. The fee for this contract is 20%.
This form of payment is an arrangement that involves an engagement fee usually around 1/3 - 1/2 of the overall contracted fee. The remainder of the contracted fee is either paid out in 2 more 1/3 payments, or the remaining 50% at the end, once a candidate is hired. This contract operates exclusively, meaning no other recruiter or agency can work on the project. Used primarily for more corporate level positions.
This is basically a fixed fee plan. It is primarily used when you have multiple requisitions of the same position that needs to be filled. An example would be the healthcare industry seeking multiple Certified Nursing Assistants, or Logistics seeking multiple CDL truck drivers.
Once an offer has been made and the candidate starts, payment in full must be made no later than 30 days from the start date. If the candidate voluntarily resigns or is terminated within 45 days of start, we will re-evaluate and replace at no charge.
