How We're Compensated
At Easy Choice Recruiting, we operate on a results-driven model, you don’t pay until a successful hire is made. This approach ensures our incentives are fully aligned with your hiring goals and that our focus remains on delivering qualified, long-term talent for your organization.
Our services are offered on Net 30 payment terms, with payment due within 30 days of the candidate’s start date. We also provide a 60-day replacement guarantee. If a candidate placed by Easy Choice Recruiting voluntarily resigns or is terminated, for a legitimate cause, within the first 60 days of employment, we will conduct one replacement search at no additional fee.
Our contingency fee is 15% of the candidate’s first-year base salary, offering a competitive, transparent pricing structure without upfront costs.
